CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL

Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened, (no substitutes)
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4 c mini chocolate chips
3/4 c pecans, finely chopped
Instructions:
Cream together the butter, cream cheese, vanilla until fluffy.
Slowly mix in sugar
Fold in chocolate chips
Refrigerate dough for 2 hrs. Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrig for another hour or more. Roll ball in chopped pecans. Refrig until ready to serve.
Serve with Graham stix.
