CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL

Ingredients:
  • 1 stick butter, softened, (no substitutes)
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 c mini chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c pecans, finely chopped


  • Instructions:
    Cream together the butter, cream cheese, vanilla until fluffy. Slowly mix in sugar Fold in chocolate chips Refrigerate dough for 2 hrs. Roll into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrig for another hour or more. Roll ball in chopped pecans. Refrig until ready to serve.

    Serve with Graham stix.
