Language Arts: Letter Nn Review; Letter Ll, Oo, Gg, Hh, Tt, Pp, Aa We have been counting the syllables in words by clapping the syallables. NEW SIGHT WORD: The Sight words can not be sounded out. The need to be memorized and learned to read by sight.

Math: NUMBERS!!! 13-16

Religion: Jonah and the Big Fish; Listen to God's Word

Social Science: Christopher Columbus and Maps

SAXON ORAL ASSESSMENTS were sent home in your child's folder. Please review these assessments with your child whenever one is sent home. They are a great way for you to see what we are learning in the classroom!

UPCOMING DATES:

October 19 – NOON DISMISSAL – All kindergarteners come to school in the morning 7:55 and are dismissed at NOON.
